credit note invoice

Perhaps it would be handy to establish a credit note, as many products will be returned. Is it possible to draft a simple credit note ( as earlier ad-don https://apps.oscommerce.com/5vIPB&credi ... re-d-avoir ) in Phoenix? A work-around perhaps?

You can copy invoice.php in admin:
change line 77: echo '<td>' . $product['qty'] . '</td>';
to
echo '<td>' . $product['qty']*-1 . '</td>';
Save the file to p.e. invoicecredit.php

Then if you want to make a credit go to the order, click Invoice en then change the adress:
whatever/admin/invoice.php?oID=ordernumber
to
whatever/admin/invoicecredit.php?oID=ordernumber

If you want the credit in the backend you will have to make a hook for admin. Look at the video's from zipurman how to do that or copy and adjust whatever/includes/hooks/admin/orders/paypal.php
and whatever/includes/apps/paypal/hooks/admin/orders/tab.php
and
whatever/includes/hooks/admin/orders/action.php
