Thanks for your reply.lambro28 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 8:11 pmLook at the top of of the page, and further back, it will not do what you think it should.mendoh wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 5:17 pm Hello everybody.
I am using this very nice code and it works perfectly for me, except for one thing: on a multi-language site, no matter the question language on shop side, it is always received into the English box on admin side.
When replying to the question, if I attempt to write in a different language than English, it would not accept both the reply and the question.
Bottom line: only English appears to work, despite being on a multi-language website.
I am on 1.0.7.18.
Anybody experiencing any similar issue?
Thank you.

Phoenix is not a translation software :-)villameschik wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:25 am I have installed again on a clean version, everything works for me but it does not show me the client's questions in the different language. I use php 7.4, I have no errors log. how can I solve?
I am afraid I am experiencing an actually different issue.
For example, please consider villameschik screenshot: he wrote a test question in German to simulate a customer writing a question on the German version of his website. The question correctly lands into the German box on the admin side. Indeed, the admin then has to translate it to other available languages (if any).
What happens to me in a similar case is this: a customer writes a question in German and his question does NOT land into the German box on the admin side. It would land into the English one, instead. This is happening to me regardless of the actual question language on the shop side: I have three languages other than English and their questions all land into the English box on admin side.
On top of that, whenever I try to translate the original question to other languages on the admin side, translation is retained on the admin side but does NOT show up at all on the other languages available on the shop side. Only English continues to show...
