Google Merchant Center (Google Shopping)

I would like to start a discussion about Google Shopping (Free listings) about uploading a feed and all the pitfalls that come with it.

I will start (and hopefully other shop owners will chip in with their experiences)

I have uploaded my stores feed to google merchant center and it is currently processing. However some of the products have been disapproved.

One example from my store is https://nuvitamins.co.uk/thermothin-ket ... -p-28.html

Googles reason for disapproving of this product

Violated policies Forbidden pharmaceuticals or products making misleading claims

I have read, read and re-read my description and I personally do not think there is anything wrong with it, what do you guys think?

It cannot be this:

As the same product is listed at this shop (which comes top of google serps);

Therefore it must be this:

misleading claims

This has no attribution (eg some scientist)?

Beneficial for weight loss, fat breakdown, decreased fat absorption, increased calorie burning, a sluggish metabolism, lean muscle mass, energy levels, regulating appetite, controlling cravings, stable blood sugar levels, insulin secretion, thyroid gland function, digestive system health, internal cleanse & detox, nutrient & dietary fibre intake, healthy cholesterol levels, healthy blood pressure

The rest of the description appears to be factual (or as factual as possible whilst also reading as a lay person)...

It may be worth contacting google to see if they can give more advice..
