You could also try turning on the slow queries log in MySQL and reporting any queries that take longer than a second to process.

Hi dear! Thank you the issue is resolved by removing the QT Pro addon hook!!
Thank you again for giving me the idea to check query logs;
That gave me the input of the real cause!!
