In general, the input should appear after a <form or echo Form( and before the </form>.

In the code it does but when you inspect the page it doesn't look as though it does.

I've decided I'm over complicating this and have moved away from dynamically created inputs and am just using 1 input with using comma separated values.

So I think I'm done, I'm going to go through and give everything one last check.
