Good that you found a solution for your use case and thank you for sharing but consider, that even with the default imperial weight measurement of 1 pound = 16 ounces and 1 ounce = 0.0625 pounds, it would require 4 decimal places for that level of accuracy which maybe better handled with ounces/grams as weight unit.

For postage stamps, it might make more sense to measure mass/weights in grams or ounces rather than kilograms or pounds.
