Please go back to Omar's instructions.

1. Remove all the customer data modules.
2. Remove the customer data groups.
3. Add the new customer data groups.
4. Add the customer data modules.

In that order. It sounds like you did step 4 before 3. In this sequence, you have to add the customer data modules last, as they need the customer data groups to exist before they do.

From where you are now, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the customer data modules. That might be sufficient. Start with one and test if it works.

Or if it's easier, you could try just editing each customer data module and selecting the appropriate customer data group. Start with one and test if it works. There may be additional challenges with that, which may be why he ended up removing and reinstalling all of them.

If neither of those things work, I don't have better advice than to do it again in the correct order.

Hi,
Ok I will try to do it in the right order.
I now did a new installation on a local server, with only english and swedish installed with both backend and shop packages.
Everything works perfectly for both english and swedish languages!
If nothing works, I will try next week to make installations with the orignial english and one other shop language package, to see if they work.
When I verified that my swedish language package works correctly I will upload it.

It seems to be saying that you haven't added the customer data modules yet. At least that's the most basic explanation.

Hi,
Now I am sure I removed and added all in the right order, but I am stuck here with no create account form shown.
What should I do next? What can be the problem? There is the same behaviour for all languages, so I think the error is common to all language packs, and so must reside elsewhere. I will over again check all php files for syntax errors, and other errors.

Try to choose english language and login to admin then
-uninstall all the Customer Data modules( admin > modules > Customer Data)
- uninstall all the Customer Data Groups ( Admin > Localization > Customer Data Groups)
then
-install all the Customer Data Groups ( Admin > Localization > Customer Data Groups)
and as @ecartz said "Click the Edit button for each group and enter each translation in the box next to the flag for that language. When you've entered all the translations for a group, click Save."
-install the Customer Data modules ( admin > modules > Customer Data)..

I would try editing the configuration of a customer data module at admin > Modules > Customer Data. Select one that should display and click Edit. There's a drop down menu for the customer data groups. Change the selection to something else and save. My guess is that it is saved as an invalid customer data group.

I don't see any missing posts here -- do you see the page selector? We're on page 2 now.

I think the issue because admin multi languages but I am not sure if it's the issue.. because that on my last post I said login to admin by english language.. as it's the installation language.. please try that

Thank You all very much. I set the admin language to english and Now it seems to work! The Customer Data Modules was also not set to the correct Customer Data Group, I think that using several admin languages is bad. In a multilingual webshop only install the shop part of additional languages. I noticed some curios behaviour that admin menus had several languages.
