That's not the answer. The answer is:

You need to COPY all the folders/files in the "english" language folder to a new folder called "german".
Then translate those files in "german" into German.

You need to learn how to do this, otherwise you will only be able to extend (by adding addons) your Phoenix shop, if the addon has no language needs.

Easy Folder example;

Here you can see that there is an "english" folder inside languages.
You would need to copy that folder and call it german.
Then translate that german folder.

More difficult Folder example;

Here you can see both the Admin Side and the Shop side have english language.
You would need to make copies of BOTH and translate BOTH.

Some addons have NO language;
It is these addons you can use if you do not learn how to make a translation.
