Re: customer stuck at create_account.php
@ecartz Maybe it will be good if customer_data_groups table empty on the installation.

Hi Omar_one,
No, it will make it harder for beginners like me to configure the webshop. I see now that I have many more configuration problems to solve, for example Contact Us form doesn't work.

I'm not sure if that helps non-English stores or not. But I'm quite sure that it would break English stores.

Hi all,
What's your best instruction for setting up a multilingual webshop?
Is it to first install a clean english store and configure it fully, and then add one language frontend and set it up functionally.
Then add one language frontend at a time?

Re: customer stuck at create_account.php
Hi,
Due to several problems regarding entries made when admin language was set to swedish, and then seems to be missing, causing database errors, I decided to reinstall a clean english webshop, and get it to work before adding new languages. Do You have any suggestions how to proceed?

Re: customer stuck at create_account.php
Download Phoenix, download your desired languages, copy those languages into your install files, install phoenix, configure the languages in admin and done, that's the way I always do if I need more languages in a fresh install, and never had the problems as you describe.

Fiber,
So I can not add a language later, must it be added before installation?

Re: customer stuck at create_account.php
Fiber,
Ok, Thank You very much!
I'll try to install several frontends of different languages.
I will report back how it works.
