Thanks for suggestion. I am not aware you could use a discount (or promo code) with this software. That'll have been a definite winner ging forward.Cary wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 4:23 pm Another thought... I'd try and use Discount Code for a single use on a single product. Then highlight in the description to use the discount code for one free item per customer. Keeps the shipping cost (which I think you wanted) but allows 100% discount on a specified product, one time per customer. Or that's at least how the osC version worked. I haven't installed discount codes for Phoenix yet.

Re: Limit Product Quantity
I installed the Discount Code (Free Addon by raiwa) and it works fantastically. Just like the previous version but with the clean look and feel of Phoenix. You can definitely use the Discount Code Addon to accomplish your objective. Just need to reference the code on the product page and/or throughout the site. You can change the default auto generated code to something else but remember it's case sensitive. Then select Applies to: Products and select the one(s) you want. Leave the default "Number of Use" to 1 for single use and Enter 100% or product price in the "Discount" box. Might want to use the 100% in case you change the price shown up or down in the future. Then test it on your shop. New feature is that it checks the code if correct or x mark if incorrect. Shows discount on invoice in red which confirms to customer they received discount.

Thank you @Cary for pointing me in this direction. I was wary of the addon so we installed it on a test site same version as live site and it worked. So we added it to my live site and I can report it worked ike a charm, no errors like other addons.Cary wrote: ↑Wed Jul 07, 2021 12:19 am I installed the Discount Code (Free Addon by raiwa) and it works fantastically.
