I downloaded from phoenixcart.org the new release. I noticed that install\phoenix.sql is incorrect as Cote D'Ivore messes up de sql. In the new github, I see this has already been solved.

https://phoenixcart.org/download_ce_phoenix.php and click Download Now, which downloads from https://github.com/CE-PhoenixCart/Phoen ... master.zip which of course is exactly the same as what shows at https://github.com/CE-PhoenixCart/Phoen ... hoenix.sql

Which looks correct to me.

So where are you downloading something that is different?

Sorry, the confusion is on my side: I use Kate on my Linux machine, which does not notice the escaped quote
