What is the header background image size that won't cause distortion?

And how do I place an image as a background in the header?

Sorry I've been busy ang gotten a little rusty with Phoenix's capabilities.

You are a PRO VIP member so you will have s05e06 Templates, Theming
IIRC, the template within that uses a header image so you can see how it is done.
