I have tried to set the permissions to 444 on th 2 configure.php files. so that I don't get the message about "I'm able to write in confige file. But It don't work. I use filezilla to change the permission. What am I doing wrong?

I have had the same issue in the past using filezilla.

Go into your hosting control panel and change the permissions, that should sort it

Ok! where am I going to change it there. in the file?

It depends on your host, but where you see the files listed, you should be able to change permissions somewhere.
You can ask google or your host if you need more specific answers, as they are difficult for us to give, without knowing which interface and access you have.

Try winSCP too, filezilla had that problem on an old version, have you updated?

got same issue, have changed permissions on the config file in admin/includes to 444
