Can anyone help

After going through the payment process using PayPal exspress checkout when returning to the store conformation page i receive the following message

Sorry for the late answer!

It seems that you have a non-core express.php, as the line numbers don't match those in a core 1.0.8.11.
I would make sure you have this line or even better - make sure your file is the actual core file

I will look at this tonight but I have found that if I enter info into address line 2 all seames to be working as it should
I had set this line to not required
