Is there a clever tool to complete different language files?

Hi All
I have my shop now in 1 Language, i added 3 other languages and many modules are already translated. Is there a clever tool / plugin / windows tool / editor how i can complete all Languages? So i don't have to check every file if i have every constant defined.
