Hi Everyone,
I'm wondering if there is a way to export my data, that is, product\category details so that I can edit items then add back into system?

You can export data from your database in csv, modify them in a spreadsheet like Excel and import again.
If you wants something more comfortable there is this addon:
app.php/addons/paid_addon/phoenix_data_wizard/
