Hello,
as it's the first time for us to install it ,, before it was included on the finnish payment module ,
I need a help on those fields
-Your Private Key
-Your Public Certificate
-Your PayPal Public Certificate ID
-PayPal Public Certificate

something here need to be done ?? I appreciate your help

On my Paypal setup all those are left blank as encrypted website payments is set to false.
