I have created my own box module to quickly place orders with one click if you know the item codes. Its fine in the standard view but on a smaller display the fluid view has the box after the main page. This means you have to scroll down to find it for each item you want to add another item.

Is there a way I can have this show before the main page content (but after the navbars)?
