Need help with Geo-targeting issue.

Hello,
I'm looking in Google Search Console and I noticed that Geo-targeting is gone. I also noticed that there's a rise in impressions of countries that I don't sell to.
Are there any addons or snippets of code that I can you use to let Google know which country that I'm interested in?
I have proper hreflang tags in place.
I appreciate your help.
