I am trying to set up PayPal Payments Standard on a 1.0.8.16 website and it says the module will not load until I configure the Seller Email Address, only I can't find where to configure this.

What am I missing?

I haven't done this for a long time, but I think I remember it being in the module settings (ie when you install the module, configure it)...
