Disable Carousel Gallery

Hello oh wise computer types,
Is there a way to stop the Carousel Gallery from appearing below the image on the product page without loosing the primary image itself?
That is to say have the page display a single image, that can be clicked on to show the Carousel Gallery, but not have all the pictures displayed on the main product page?
For example:
So instead of the product page displaying like this:
https://houseofdubhros.com/store/produc ... ucts_id=11
It would look like this:
https://houseofdubhros.com/store/produc ... ucts_id=14
Which version of Phoenix you are using?
CE Phoenix v1.0.8.20
Is this a new install or an existing store?
