Zone rate deletion

Hello,
We are using Phoenix v1.0.5.0.
Yet again a user in the office deleted the zone rates module. He swears he was not asked to confirm before deletion. Can a confirmation be added before a module is removed in future versions? (IF this has not already been implemented.)
I have now removed the 'Remove' button from admin/modules.php to stop this happening. This once happened in a previous OsC version we used (v2.2 I think)and I removed the button but I forgot to do this on Phoenix.
It is easily done as the buttons are right next to each other and (he says) it did not ask for confirmation before removing.
Removing a module is not normally a big issue but unless you have a copy of all the zone rates values and countries it is an issue with Zone rates, as it wipes all the values.
Luckily I back up the whole VPS server every night onto a local server so I could decompress the TAR file and then decompress the .tzst file to give me the database SQL file and give me access to the configuration table data. Not easy on a windows machine.

Just a user suggestion.
