Bootswatch Selection

I'm not sure if I've missed something, but admin/configeration/bootstrap_setup has an option to change the colours using menu pick 'Bootswatch Selection'.
I've cleared the cache, but whichever colour-set I select no change is made. Does this option acually work or does it need additional files ?

It would be an addon, it's not Core.
I can't say which addon as I don't know.

It might be the custom template (i.e. the one that is not Gustavo). Note that it would have to have the custom template selected for it to function.

Now I remember, and yes the colour selection works once the custom template is set, thanks.
