Items added to cart automatically?

I'm just clicking around a version 1.0.8.20 site and I noticed items are being added to cart automatically with no action from me.
Is it a sessions, cookies, bots issue?
Forgive me if this has been answered already.

UPDATE: I think setting Force Cookie Use to true fixed the issue. However, that may not be best practice.
Please confirm or not.

I've never seen such a thing, and don't recall having seen anyone else mention anything similar.
Can you try to recreate it and let us know the steps you took to do so.
