Admin IP same as spam Bot

Hi dear;
A very strange problem I am facing.
My actual IP is different.
But On admin whos_online it shows that my admin ip is same as a spam bot that i am not able to ban.
As I try to ban it the Site starts to give 403 error.
Pls can you help me fix this issue;

What is an admin IP?
Have you determined if the spam bot is doing something clever like spamming you from another site on the same server?

Dear by admin IP I meant my IP;
After 10 hours of debugging with my host it came to our notice that the IP belongs to their CDN, by switching it on and off we noticed that it was the cdn which is caching the pages and hence my visits to the store are determined as the same IP itself....
It was constantly making new visits to different pages of the store due to which I mistook it as a spammer IP;
Even cleantalk.org highlighted the same, hence I had posted here to see if I could find a solution too...
