The straightforward way would be to add it to the end of each email template.

It is not clear from that what you mean but perhaps you mean notifications?

any email, including the order process, but also the email from the administration to the customer; in Italy it is mandatory, I think throughout the EU, to have the company data and privacy information for the email message in the footer of the email.
