I have enabled the "Two Part Name module" so I can remove the First and the Last name fields from my registration form but I don't see a combined name field in my form. What am I not doing right? Kindly help with getting this working.

Looking at the Admin Demo: https://phoenixcart.org/demoadmin/admin/index.php
Then Modules>Customer Data.
Two part name is already installed/enabled by default.

Modules with a Sort Order of 0 are used by the system but not displayed on store pages. Do not edit or remove them unless instructed to do so.

So, I guess this means I cannot use them on my form as they are set to an order of 0 which cannot be changed in admin.

Correct, not natively. Contact a developer if needed.
