Updating from 1.0.9.9 to 1.0.9.10 is simple.

1. REQUIRED
Run this SQL to update the necessary parts of the 1.0.9.9 Database to 1.0.9.10 Spec

Set Navbar to "sticky-top" for a more modern look and a better UI experience for your customers

Visit Security Checks page in Admin and solve any issues

Apparently GSPR requires a local contact. The importer is the person or company who was responsible for bringing the product into the EU (GSPR is an EU thing).

If it's a domestically produced item, there won't be an importer.

I'm not familiar enough with the GSPR to say if you need to list yourself as the importer or the manufacturer as the importer when either of you meet the definition. Perhaps someone in the GSPR topic knows.

Zone is required. If you want to disable the core state module, you should replace it with something else that sets the zone (possibly to a constant value).

Think this is similar to another post somewhere about a store being accidentally broken by disabling Country.
Is there no way to stop this accidental breakage by either removing the option or by including warning text within the module?

I agree. I found a very strange effect with payment modules:
When the state module is disabled or not installed and a payment zone is selected in payment modules, only the first payment module shows on checkout_payment.php.
But no error message is displayed.
