some idea
- Abandoned Cart.
- Low Stock Alert
- Out of Stock
- Failed Login Attempts: Multiple tries on your admin/owner account.
- Successful Login from New Device/Location
maybe just alerts which need immediate action or awareness.

For now, until I get ideas/feedback from other shopowners, what we have is;
Shop Side
1. When a customer makes an order
2. When a customer sends in a review
3. When a new customer registers
4. When someone sends email via contact_us.php
Admin Side
1. When a new Admin user is created
2. When an Admin successfully logs in
3. When an Admin tries to log in but fails
Over the years, so many shopowners have wanted instant alerts to their phone, so here they are.
