AJAXy Status Updates in Admin > Catalog

How about those little red/green selectors in the list of products.
Make them AJAXy (ie, you click, status changes, no page reload).
Why?
It'll save you a tiny bit of time, as no page reload.
And tiny bits of time soon add up.
Thoughts?

I've added a hook to scroll to the selected line in one of the shops I help, as it was annoying the shopowner scrolling back down and finding the relevant product.
So yes, this would be nice!
Maybe worth thinking about something similar for selecting a row?

Absolutely +1 ... For a big shop admin is much to slow whithout optimisations ... not so much in terms of load time but in working process ... too much clicks .. too much re-loading pages.
