requested URL not found on this server??

VERY NEW to website design. I had no issues installing phoenix cart and working/learning on the website via the Admin Backend. This morning I had accidentally closed the window which allowed me access and now when I go back to the Admin Backend login area and click on it, a new window pops up and states Requested URL is not found on this server. I can access the website just fine, but nothing for the behind the scenes administration work area. Please help!

Maybe your admin is called /admin123xyz/ and you are trying to access /admin123XYZ/ ?
Maybe you have password protected it incorrectly? Maybe there is a redirect.

No one can guess for you, so the best advice is to ask your host, or indeed, look at your hosting error_log for anything that might give a clue,
