What do I need to do to change the URL from
https://abcd.com/product_info.php?produ ... 85s5cod05u

TO:

https://abcd.com/green-apples/

I know OSC had a user friendly plugin but not sure where to find it or whether it will work in this platform.

You need a Readable URLs addon. @raiwa looks after Name Based URLs which seems to be close to what you need.

app.php/addons/free_addon/name_based_urls_demo/
