Cookie Usage Language Error

Hi dear;
Using 1.1.0.4 version I get below error in logs no modification done to files-
www.xx.com/xx/cookie_usage.php
PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant IMAGE_BUTTON_CONTACT_US - assumed 'IMAGE_BUTTON_CONTACT_US' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /xx/xx/templates/default/includes/pages/cookie_usage.php on line 28
Please could you provide fix?

Is this on english, or on other languages you might be running, or on all languages..

All languages dear;
Constants are there in english.php and other language files so I think it should have fetched it automatically, but seems strange that it is not pulling it...

Then only way I can think of is to.... define a separate language file to it?

Sorry for the trouble I deleted the files from server and reuploaded the language files which fixed the issue dear;
