I would love to go pro on this its easy to use,
The problem im having is it looks very dull. Need some color in a forum it said add style user.css so i did but still no color.
ui am totaly new to this so please be gentle with me, treat it as i know nothing,
example dont just say got navbar etc please direct me say includes/navbar /folder etc rhankyou in advance.
im using OSCOM CE Phoenix v1.0.7.15 latest version

When changing things in user.css, you need to hard-refresh your browser (often ctrl+F5), as the previous css is stored in cache.
Besides, in case you don't know, right clicking on things you want to change the color of, and then clicking "inspect" will allows you to find the right names and values with live-updates, before editing user.css.
Please note as well, that All user.css changes should be in a new template (copy the default-folder and all contents, and rename it. Open templates/copied_default/template.php (might be remembering the name wrong), and change 'default' to your new template name. Go to your admin->configuration->my store (I think it is here), and choose your new template
If noone beats my to it, I'll try to find the links to the user guide explaining this
