Hello and a happy new year I try to find the red squared text in german translation, been seching in "product_new php and 100 other files , can one give a short advice where to change ?

That is a Content Module for Index page. Therefore, you need the language part of it;

/includes/languages/{english|german|french|etc}/modules/content/index/cm_i_card_products.php

You can see the correlation between what something is, and where the file might be located, by my colour coding.
