Price crossed through
Hi
Pretty sure that for products with special prices, the old price was crossed out in products_info.php on my website (1.1.0.3).
Now it's not doing it at the moment, so trying to work out what's going on.
Is the strikethrough as standard, or have I possibly added something to do this- a hook or a module which is now switched off?
Certainly working ok on category pages, just not product info
Any pointers gratefully received.
Regards

Re: Price crossed through
Core 1.1.0.3 installation has normal price crossed out for a special - in the product info content module cm_pi_price
Are you perhaps using a pi layout module instead?

Re: Price crossed through
Yes, using PI Layout, but there does not appear to be a price module in layout,
its picking up the cm_pi_price from the content module; it does not seem to have a pi_price specifically for the PI folder. Is there a separate one?
PS, thanks for answering.

when i put a page into ie and Firefox, get a flash of how it should be, suppose chrome is caching.

Re: Price crossed through
Caching is done at Cloudflare, but it's still the same after that's bypassed.
Some pages are working and some are not; going to have to see what the common factor is when I have more time and am better dressed. Pretty sure it's not just a cache issue because the only reason I looked was that it was picked up by Google Merchant Centre.
thanks for looking though Guys.

Waterfox, which is a (more secure, more private) variant of Firefox.BatteryTrader wrote: ↑Mon Jul 06, 2026 5:49 pm Not as far as I am aware; I had to go out. What browser are you using?
I just tried in both Chrome and Edge - price shows as it should in these as well.
If you can give a URL of a known problematic special page, we can take a look.

Re: Price crossed through
I will not post a link on the forum, but for me, as a quick look, the following product id's are not showing as they should.
46438
47405
46739
And of course, many more; it seems that some work and some do not.
