Advert Manager

I need a little help if possible, in advert_manager.php?action=new, when I insert a new Advert it gives me this error:
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in/web/htdocs/home/includes/system/versioned/1.0.7.10/adverts.phpon line50
I use version 1.0.7.12
