Hi All,

I'm looking for a certified developer who can take the attached zoom image onmouseover sample and make it work with phoenix. I'd prefer loading single images in my shop which customers can zoom when they place the mouse over product image to see if more detail and better image quality as it'll be the full image size. I am not technical and don't know how to get this to work with phoenix especially as it has a gallery already which is suitable for some and not for some of us.

I'm not asking for this to be done for free - I'm willing to pay but so far I've not had any luck with getting someone do the addon for me. I am attaching the sample files I got off the internet - it works great, simple, and as I want it but needs intergrating into phoenix. If possible, I want to get rid of that phoenix gallery completely. The norm these days is to have an image which can be zoomed and viewed in detail instead of loading countless images. I believe this will be a good update for phoenix going forward.

I wonder if Rainer's KISS IT add-on already does what you want. In particular, allowing different sizes of the same image.

Thanks @ecartz - That's too heavy, I really don't need all that. It does no do what I want anyway.

I just want something simple and light. If I had my way, I'd rip out anything gallery from software and just have an image for a product. I'm an advocate for keeping things simple

Zoomable, yes. But image galleries also remain standard:

Fair enough but as I said, I have no need of a gallery (and I'm certain there are others like me). One good image which is zoomable will more than suffice. I have looked at tons of shops in my sector and it's one image which is zoomable for detail. And that works great. I'm not advocating a change to phoenix, I'm just saying what I need (and don't need) for my own setup.

The simplest option is to use the existing gallery allied to a new hook, which I think would do what you need.

If none of the Certified Developers have the time to make something, I'll come up with a hook as a future Supporters Code.
