Cannot add a new category or product.

I just installed CE Phoenix and I cannot add categories or products. When I click on save on either it tries to bring up a page that is not found. I'm able to delete categories and products, just not add. Any ideas?

For your security, do NOT post links to your admin (removed from your post) and change the name of your admin directory to something secure now.

What version have you installed?
Was it a Page Not Found 404 error?
Do you have errors shown in your host error logs that might indicate the issue? (post them here with server root and admin directory name redacted)
