Hi - when I update the order status to shipped, I add a tracking url to the comments section. While the link does show OK and is clickable in the email that triggers off the status update, when the customer logs into his/her account to check the comments, it's the html that shows. I use the clarity tool from Microsoft which records videos of user behaviour and I can see customers struggling to copy the url and then pasting it in a new browser window.
Example of a comment with tracking url:
I checked the account_history_info page and the comments gets posted within a <p></p> section. I guess the comment is pulled from the database which is why the html does not get converted?
Thanks for any help you can provide!
