Hi I know that this is not technically the correct place to ask this but I have had no luck on the official paypal community forum.

I am having problems with the Paypal addon - it is probably due to some modifications I have on my site, I have been doing some trouble shooting with help from ecartz on this and am at a point now where I am getting no errors from phoenix's side of things but the test transactions are still not going through.

I was hoping to find an error log in the paypal developers site in the hope that this would help me find the problem - but have not been able to find anything.

Does anyone know if there is an error log on the paypal side of things - I know it shows transactions that have gone through or been rejected, but there is no references to my attempts there.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated

Do you have "Log Transactions" set in the PayPal Admin general configuration (Phoenix Admin)?
If so there should be something in the log on your side.

I had a look and yes, I have the log set... I did not even know that was there - thanks for that....

I had a look at one of the transactions and I think as far as the log is concerned the transaction was successful...

in the Response section under ACK it said 'Success'

Is that what this mean? because the transaction clearly did not go through.
