Where can I find how to populate the Terms & Conditions and Privacy popup that is on checkout?
I have looked everywhere but I cannot find it.. I know it must be obvious and I just cannot see it.

admin => Tools => info pages

The info page is for the actual page not the popup
I cannot find any reference to the popups in any documentation.

The text in Admin: Tools: Info Pages, is used in the Popup and the Pages. Just try.

Yes I realised that once I edited it.
I was used to 1.0.7.
