Header Banner with rotator, carousel.

Hi
I have made a crude implementation of a banner with bootstrap carousel.
I took the stock banner and implemented bootstrap carousel.
Only images from advert will be switched.

It's in Alpha state and all testing/evaluations/improvements are much appreciated
