Hi, not sure if I have a setting wrong, but the customers phone number(s) are not displayed in the orders section.
Thanks

More likely admin > Modules > Customer Data. Although I suppose Customer Data Groups might prevent the customer from seeing it.

User Guide Entering telephone in the search bar there will give a result leading to Customer Data
Maybe the Telephone module has not been edited to configure it to display on the pages you require.

Re: Teething issues on new shop - phone numbers
Thanks for all your replies.
Sorry not explained very well.............
I have the data module turned on, I have it as a required field. Customers are filling it in.
When you go to admin -> orders -> view an order, all other customer data is there, ie name, address, email, blah blah. but not the phone number.
Thanks

Re: Teething issues on new shop - phone numbers
Can you check if it is added to the orders table in the database?
Not sure if this is relevant for you, but some (especially old) payment modules have their own checkout procedure, meaning that it potentially look for a wrong field for the phonenumber, resulting in a empty field.
