It is not a good idea to upload videos to your website, it will make it slow.
Upload videos to 3rd party, for example, YouTube then use the iFrame link that they provide to show the video on your website like videos are shown in this Certified Developer's Addon in the Addons Library on this forum here:
app.php/addons/paid_addon/menu_master/
