How can I add a blog to my website I need assistant thanks

I'd suggest using the info pages system though I'm not sure if it's in core or whether you need to be a supporter to get it.

I would guess the easiest way would be to obtain a blog software package from somewhere other than the Phoenixcart and set it up perhaps "alongside" your shop, e.g. in a separate folder. Crosslinking shouldn't be too difficult.

I asked a similar question the other day and looked into the info pages system, and all the other addons required, and decided to try some of the specialist blog packages available. I have not had time to try too many of them yet but there are some really easy ones to use that can have all sorts of links in them to products and they seem to work well with SEO if you read the products forums. They can be uploaded into a folder on the server and a link to the blog made for the header or where ever the link is required.

Try in infopages package and see how you get on, it may suit your requirements.
