Browser Comet

Post by Fiber »

My provider gave me a voucher for a one-year Perplexity Pro subscription, which was nice. Shortly after, I received an invitation from them for their Comet browser. I'm still exploring everything, but since I also do the translation here into Dutch, I thought I'd see how it works using Comet as an example under the Cookie Usage info pages with Tinymce.

I asked to translate from English to Dutch while retaining the formatting, and enter that under Dutch. But before doing that, the editor needs to be set to Source Code under Tools. Check that and then save. To be fair, it was duplicated, so it wasn't quite right yet. When I mentioned that, "he" tried to edit it, but that didn't work either, but still, the world is changing rapidly :-)

Youtube

@This is my first video, and the radio was on :-) I already received a copyright notice from YouTube, which is ridiculous :-)

@Comet install is by invitation only, and I still have a few. If anyone wants one, just send me a PM. This is for the browser, not for the pro subscription :-)

You might also try https://deepwiki.com/CE-PhoenixCart/PhoenixCart which is also available as an MCP server, so you might be able to tell Perplexity about it.

For what you're trying to do, I might try one of the following free options:

1. Windsurf, SWE-1 or code-supernova models.
2. Gemini CLI.
3. VS Code or VS Codeium with one of RooCode/Cline/etc. using grok-code-fast-1.

Then add Devin's Deep Wiki to them.

If Perplexity asks you for feedback, feel free to refer them to us as a project that could be integrated more strongly.

I think I also have some Comet invites.
