Phoenix Version:

can this be done

Post by willids »

we are thinking of moving from oscommerce and looking for a suitable platform.

We have multiple items which can be personalised. With multiple items, can this be done with Phoenix

Size (dropdown list)
Color (dropdown list)
Customer name (text area for customer input)
Customers town (text area for customer inputa)
Qty (selection/text area)

it seems that oscommerce is not getting the support to keep it upto date.

Thanks

This can be done, I am certain that it is an addon looked after by @raiwa who I have tagged so he notices this and might be able to give more details.

Also, @AsTecModels recently came over from osCommerce, he might post here to let you know his thoughts on Phoenix, the ecosystem here, the help available and so on.

Hi @willids ,

Yes I came over from Oscommerce and I will be honest, even though it has been a learning curve and some things are easier and some things are harder to do I have never looked back.

Oscommerce has not support where as everyone on here is a great help, I could not have asked for better support in getting my website up and running.

If you have an questions do not hesitate to post them here, and something well worth the money is joining the Code Co-Op. Some of the add-ons you would pay for are included in there.

I hope this helps.
