- Explicitly ask for feedback on your site or even on part of your site, if you want critique.
- Be specific, constructive, and respectful.
- No sarcasm, drive-by negativity, or vague criticism.
- Separate personal taste from objective usability principles.
- If feedback isn’t explicitly requested, don’t give any.
- Do not promote alternative platforms or your own services.
The goal is to strengthen merchants who are showcasing and to give ideas to others.
