I am not sure what would fix those errors apart from upgrading your store.

Is there any particular reason for you not to update to latest version?

I would use
app.php/addons/free_addon/ce_phoenix_upgrader_utility/

You could get the database classes from 1.0.8.1 or later (the current version may have bugfixes that 1.0.8.1 does not), although the log messages that you are getting now don't suggest that you need them. The current version also has the Template class. Use it as in https://github.com/CE-PhoenixCart/Phoen ... 5a51a26269 -- just line 58 from that commit. Note that it may be a different line in 1.0.7.18.

As already noted, it may be easier to upgrade than to backport. You could probably get one of the certified developers to do either if you continue to struggle.

Thanks you guys. I may just upgrade when I have time. @ecartz I don't know where to place that line as application.php on 1.0.7.18 doesn't have a similar chunk of code.
